Construction Update - August 2026

Following a busy few months, including the sod turning and public launch of The Tannery, the building is now taking shape above ground, with several key milestones reached on site.

The team has made some incredible progress, moving up the building and pouring Levels 1 and 2, along with half of Level 3. That’s the car park levels officially complete!

Scaffolding is rising with the building, providing a clear visual marker of its growing height above ground.

Driveway services are also nearing completion, with the Energex padmount delivered and commissioned, marking an important milestone in establishing permanent power.

Looking ahead, we’ll start moving into the residential levels, with the second concrete slab pour for Level 3 followed by two pours for Level 4. These pours mark an exciting milestone as these new home begins to take shape.

Further site infrastructure works are planned for September, including the installation of loading bays and the construction hoist, which will support the efficient movement of materials and personnel as the building continues to rise. Progress is also continuing in the heritage Wellness building, with temporary engineering and refurbishment works.
