Construction continues to progress strongly, with several key milestones achieved as the project transitions from substructure works into the next phase of the build.
Civil works, bulk earthworks, underground services and boundary retaining walls are now complete, providing the foundation for the structure to rise above ground. The lift pit has also been installed which will house the lift to future residences.
With these works finalised, vertical structural works are set to commence imminently, including the first slab pour, weather permitting. This marks an exciting stage in the project as the building begins to take shape and the vision for The Tannery becomes increasingly visible on site.
This month, we were also delighted to welcome purchasers, project partners and consultants to site to celebrate The Tannery's sod turning milestone.
More than a celebration of progress on site, it was an opportunity to recognise the shared vision, collaboration and commitment of everyone involved in bringing this landmark West End address to life, while celebrating alongside those who have already chosen to be part of its future.
